Cancellation & Fees Policy – Éiri OT

At Éiri OT, we aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to fees and cancellations. This ensures we can offer timely appointments to families and make best use of clinic time.

1. Fees

  • Fees will be confirmed before your appointment.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are processed securely through our booking system (Cliniko/Stripe).

  • Report writing, school visits, or additional services may involve separate fees (agreed in advance).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, may be charged in full.

  • If Éiri OT needs to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

3. 15-Minute Parent Consultation Calls

  • Calls are available to provide immediate advice and guidance for parents.

  • These calls are not a substitute for a full clinical assessment.

  • If further support is required, a full assessment may be recommended.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled by Éiri OT or in exceptional circumstances.

  • Where payment was made in advance, fees will be credited towards your next appointment unless a refund is requested.

5. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Éiri OT, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
