Cancellation & Fees Policy – Éiri OT

At Éiri OT, we aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to fees and cancellations. This ensures we can offer timely appointments to families and make best use of clinic time.
1. Fees
Fees will be confirmed before your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through our booking system (Cliniko/Stripe).
Report writing, school visits, or additional services may involve separate fees (agreed in advance).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, may be charged in full.
If Éiri OT needs to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.
3. 15-Minute Parent Consultation Calls
Calls are available to provide immediate advice and guidance for parents.
These calls are not a substitute for a full clinical assessment.
If further support is required, a full assessment may be recommended.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled by Éiri OT or in exceptional circumstances.
Where payment was made in advance, fees will be credited towards your next appointment unless a refund is requested.
5. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Éiri OT, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
